New Delhi , December 11, 2006 : Bharti Learning Systems , a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharti Enterprises, has entered into a technical collaboration with Annamalai University on December 11, 2006 at Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar. |

| Under this technical collaboration, Bharti Learning Systems will offer Masters in Business Administration (Business Applications) and Bachelor of Business Administration (Business Applications), on behalf of Annamalai University. |

| Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sanjeev Duggal, CEO & Executive Director, Bharti Learning Systems said “There is an acute shortage of talented manpower in India in general and this gap is even more pronounced in the case of domain specific skills and competencies required by employers across different sectors. A skill cycle that ran for three years, now lasts for nine months. Continuous skill development is undoubtedly the joint responsibility of corporates and government. Therefore, our association with Annamalai University is a step towards building a talented India”. |

| He also added that this tie-up will address the high attrition levels and talent crunch in various industries such as IT, BPO, manufacturing and telecom. |

| Masters in Business Administration (Business Applications), a two year course, will cover general management subjects with an option to specialise in Telecom, Retail, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource Development and Finance. |

| Bachelor in Business Administration (Business Applications) will be a 3 year course. These courses shall be offered to customer interfacing employees of the Bharti Group and other organisations spanning various sectors and cities across India. |

| These courses shall also be offered to undergraduates and graduates with placement assistance within the Bharti Learning Systems , Bharti Airtel Services and other corporates. This will ensure a steady stream of talented manpower pan India with reduced induction time for corporates. At the same time, it will also enable Indian youth to acquire employability skills and develop their personality. |
