Bharti Learning Systems partnered with LG India for role based training interventions across West, South and North India.
The intervention covered various role holders in the Sales and Service domain. About 1600 In-Store Sales Executives (SSEs) were trained to handle walk-in customers visiting its multi branded outlets and increase productivity. The key modules focused on the importance of delighting customers, effective customer handling, skills for making impressive presentation and the role of grooming. It also underlined the need to adopt a customer-centric approach and highlighted the changing trends in the retail sector.
Taking this intervention to the next level, Bharti Learning would again be training SSEs on areas like enhanced selling skills, product
demonstration techniques, team work, customer relationship handling and much more. This programme would also serve as a refresher for all participants who have undergone the programme conducted earlier. Similar interventions aimed at bringing about a culture of "Customer Service Excellence" are being conducted for Service Engineers located in the West and North India. The second level training for Service Engineers will be conducted shortly.
