True to this saying, Maruti Suzuki joined hands with Bharti Learning Systems to retain its number one position in the industry.
Bharti Learning has partnered Maruti Suzuki in designing several structured learning interventions, especially in areas related to Sales
and Customer Service. This included developing a learning plan for the prestigious launch of Zen Estilo, which focused on the product
& customer handling skills, sales delivery process, achieving excellence in Customer Satisfaction based primarily on JD Power
survey results and other critical factors.
Several other learning initiatives like Auto Finance, a knowledge based programme on car financing and induction programmes
for different segments have been implemented. About 12000 participants including Dealer Sales Executives, Customer Care
Managers, Executive heads have been trained by Bharti Learning through these initiatives. The training methodology
has been varied ranging from instructor-led training to blended learning.
