Bharti Learning Systems partnered Motilal Oswal Securities Limited (MOSL), a leading research and advisory based stock broking house
of India, to enhance customer orientation and strengthen its customer service team.
This intervention provided training on customer service to over 500 participants located across India. Several role holders such as Branch Managers, Supervisors, Customer Service Executives, Call Center Executives and other Executives at branch offices & support functions were covered under this intervention.
It also included inputs on coaching skills for the Supervisors and Branch Managers. Besides, Bharti Learning developed an induction
module which covered an overview of the organisation, its processes, products and services. |
