Simple though it may sound, a leader’s experience and management style is the key to taking the organisation to its next level of success. Bharti Learning Systems conducted a Situational Leadership programme for the top management of Bharti Foundation.

Over 17 members of the leadership team underwent the programme with a clear objective – leading to succeed. The programme enabled participants to understand the impact of leaders’ and customers’ enthusiasm on team members, learn more about personal leadership styles, recognize and underst and situational and transitional leadership, make the link between leadership skills and decision making. Besides, the programme emphasized on coaching skills for gaining workforce commitment to further increase the probability of success.

Following many weeks of preparation, April 18, 2008 finally saw the official launch of academic year 2008-2009 for Bharti Resources Learning Centres at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.

Bharti Learning Systems has set up more than 80 learning centres across India to conduct industry oriented programmes, in collaboration with Annamalai University.

More than 80 associates running Bharti Resources Learning Centres across the country and illustrious professionals from the corporate sector including Sanjeev Bikhchandani,CEO, Info Edge India Limited (Naukri.com) K. Shankar, Director, HR, Bharti Airtel Limited and Sanjeev Duggal, CEO & Executive Director, Bharti Learning Systems Limited were present at the event.

The vital role of learning centres in meeting requirements of the Bharti Group and other corporates was highlighted by K. Shankar.

He clearly stated that Airtel would always prefer to hire from sources like Bharti Resources Learning Centres where risk is minimised and quality experiences are maximized.

The grand finale saw K. Shankar unveiling the prospectus for Bharti Resources Learning Centres amidst huge applause.
