The Solution
An integrated approach is being implemented to initiate operations at the organisation’s spoke locations. The objective of this intervention is to provide a talented pool of insurance advisors in tandem with organisation’s operational plan.
An online induction module was also created for the new recruits. This has helped in standardising deployment of the induction sessions across the organisation and reducing orientation time for new recruits.
