The Solution: Multimedia based learning project
Bharti Learning has repurposed the organisation’s corporate process manuals to engaging and interactive multimedia based learning modules. These online modules were designed to facilitate knowledge dissemination across the organisation. These modules encompassed simulation of all workflow applications and flow charts to enable users to understand processes and implement the same in a simulated environment. This e-learning project has reduced dependence on subject matter experts regarding a particular process. The content has been made SCORM compliant to facilitate its migration to a Learning Management System which will facilitate centralised deployment of online learning modules.

An online induction module was also created for the new recruits. This has helped in standardising deployment of the induction sessions across the organisation and reducing orientation time for new recruits.
