The Solution: Blended learning solutions
Bharti Learning developed and implemented blended learning methodology encompassing instructor led training and a virtual tour of the product. Highly interactive learning components such as quizzes, puzzles, role plays and activities were used during training sessions.
The objective of the programme was to equip participants with the product knowledge and establish a clear competitive edge. The sessions also focused on developing appropriate skills for identifying potential customers and handle their queries in a standardised manner.
