Bharti Learning also developed a learning solution around performance coaching for acquisition managers across the country. The intervention was focused on building selling skills to improve productivity and performance. The performance coaches adopted, coached and mentored the participants in the field. The participants were also taken through class room modules specially designed for enhancing their selling skills.
